The breakfast was gorgeous, the staff was brilliant, the grounds were fairly clean. Breakfast with biscuits and bacon.

Set just next door to the pier, tram and the shops and restaurants in the pretty nice area. We could also visit a Llandudno cable car as it was walking distance to the hotel.

The staff were exceptional, the continental breakfast was satisfactory. We loved the deluxe queen room which was spotless. The location was absolute top and had incredibly beautiful views. Plenty of food in the hotel, in-house restaurant. Property was spotless and the service was accommodating.

Staff and location are incredible, I enjoyed staying here. Magnificent view, a good balcony, nice bed, too. There is a spacious authentic restaurant, serving refined dishes. Fast check-in, easy check-out.

I loved lovely stuff and excellant interior. Double room was great with neat beds. The beach was nice. Lakeside restaurant served lots of delicious food. Suburban hotel with excellent service.

Romantic and romantic rooms with friendly services. Quiet central location, within walking distance of great orme copper mine. The beach nearby was clean and the view was beautiful. They made my stay unforgettable. Well-maintained garden and excellent pool area.
The bathroom was shabby and Wi-Fi was horrible.
